BOOKING DETAILS:

No payment is due today! Simply request the date and time you want and submit your request. Once we receive your request, a Randology team member will contact you to discuss all the details. A $200 deposit is then required to officially secure your date.

Randology Agreement & Policy 

  • Deposit: $200 non-refundable deposit required to secure booking.

  • Cancellation Policy: Deposit refundable if canceled within 1 week of booking; non-refundable after 1 week.

  • Guest Count: We will contact you 1 week before the party to obtain final headcount.

  • Arrival: Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to ensure the party start's on time.

  • Special Requests: Submit any special needs in advance.

  • Spa Services: Start promptly; treatments provided in rotation. Late arrivals may receive reduced services. 

  • All waivers must be signed in order to be part of the spa experience 

  • Food & Beverages: Chosen Charcuterie Boards and drinks will be provided. We will contact you 48 hours before the party to obtain any additional food requests.

  • Randology provides party items, including plates, beverages, robes, slippers, headbands. The only item you need to bring is a cake/cupcakes and any decorations if discussed.
